Beginning November 17, 2025, we will be accepting applications for Tier 3 transitional housing. There will be 100 beds available starting December 15, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral from a community organization that provides services to unhoused adults.
2. The candidate must:
   • Be employed full-time in a tax-paying job (day labor is not eligible). Employment will be verified.
   • Be sober.
3. The candidate agrees to:
   • Random UA (urinalysis) testing.
   • Engage regularly with an Advance Pathways case manager.
   • Meet with other guests to share their story of movement toward self-sufficiency.
   • Follow all behavior rules.
   • Contribute 30% of monthly income toward program fees.

The Application Process

Applications are accepted in person when meeting with a staff member or over the phone: 970-299-5960 (ask for the Tier 3 Resident Program).

• Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• The program staff member will conduct a brief confidential screening and perform a background check.
• You will be provided a call-back time to receive the status of your application.
