How to Apply – Tier 3 Housing

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral from a community organization that provides services to unhoused adults.
2. The candidate must:
   • Be employed in a tax-paying job (day labor is not eligible). Employment will be verified.
   • Be sober.
3. The candidate agrees to:
   • Random UA (urinalysis) testing.
   • Engage regularly with an Advance Pathways case manager.
   • Meet with other guests to share their story of movement toward self-sufficiency.
   • Follow all behavior rules.
   • Contribute 30 % of monthly income toward program fees.
