Helping Guests Build Skills, Confidence, and Sustainable Employment
Workforce Development Pathways
We believe that a pathway out of homelessness includes sustainable employment. We are committed to supporting our guests as they acquire skills and access the resources needed to earn and maintain a thriving wage. The WorkBridge Program includes three connected pathways. These pathways are flexible and designed to support guests at different stages of employment readiness. Guests may move between pathways depending on progress, training needs, recovery progress, and overall readiness.
PATHWAYS SUPPORTING OUR GUESTS
Associate
The Associate Program is designed for guests who are not yet fully job-ready but would benefit from structured work experience, routine, accountability, and supervised workplace development. The purpose of this pathway is to help guests rebuild workplace confidence, consistency, communication skills, emotional regulation, and work habits before transitioning into outside employment.
Training and Education
The Training and Education Pathway is designed for guests who require additional education, certification, vocational training, or employment preparation before transitioning into outside employment.
Job Search
The Job Search Pathway is designed for guests who are considered fully job-ready and are prepared to actively seek immediate outside employment.
More information will be added soon as new partnerships and training cohorts are finalized.
