The tiered housing and service model is designed not only to provide safety but also to meet individuals where they are and help them progress toward independence.
Tier 1 – Compassion
The first tier offers immediate access to a safe, warm place to sleep for those in urgent need.
Tier 2 – Courage
The second tier provides greater stability and privacy for guests who are actively working with case managers to pursue goals such as employment, housing, and mental health recovery.
Tier 3 – Commitment
The third tier provides private rooms in a sober, transitional housing environment to support those already in the workforce as they continue building toward long-term self-sufficiency.
