Helping Guests Build Skills, Confidence, and Sustainable Employment
Our Workforce Development Pathway
We believe that a pathway out of homelessness includes full-time, sustainable employment. We are committed to supporting our guests as they acquire skills and access the resources needed to earn and maintain a thriving wage.
SUPPORTING OUR GUESTS
Workbridge Program
Our onsite Workbridge program provides life skills, recovery groups, structure, and accountability. We begin with janitorial training and will expand into hospitality, landscaping, and other career pathways.
Partner Skill Training
Through The Pride Initiative, guests receive onsite training opportunities. We also refer participants to Cross Purpose and Change Please for advanced career programming.
Arapahoe/Douglas Works!
County workforce partners will provide onsite career support, including resume development, skill assessments, coaching, and job placement services for qualified guests.
C.H.E.F. Culinary Cohort
Starting January 2026, C.H.E.F. will offer a 10-week culinary training cohort onsite. Additional culinary partners include WorkOptions and Housed Healthy and Working.
More information will be added soon as new partnerships and training cohorts are finalized.
